Outdoor surfaces like driveways, entrance pedestrian ways need to be protected from snow and ice in winter time. Snow and ice melting system which is integrated in the ground keeps them free. Sustainable heat sources such as waste heat or heat pumps can be used.

The system ensures a 24 hours maximum of security with automatically de-icing and avoids shoveling snow.  The Meltaway system includes Uponor PEX pipes, fittings, manifolds and Controller X-250 for a smart and energy efficient control.  The melting is automatically actived only when required.
